Cell Phone Providers

Well, Well, Well here I am with a cell phone from Nextel/Sprint that has restricted service for no apparent reason whatsoever. After all the frustration of not getting any kind of decent service out of these people, they just decided to restrict my phone from getting voice mail, making calls, receiving calls, and I had just paid them 142 dollars. Well I guess you get what you pay for????
NOT. How many of us go through this anxiety with our cell phone companies. And good luck with customer service, I could do a better job without an education. They cant even reset your voicemail, which you can do yourself online by the way. I think they should come up with self service cell phone companies, that way when we have to do it ourselves we can just deduct our services from our bills. Oh and don't even think about not getting any dropped calls. At Nextel/Sprint thier motto should be I NEVER HEAR YOU NOW, Oh ! By the way, Can you hear me now? This is absolutely rediculous. Can we ever just get what we pay for ? And why does it have to be so hard, we used to get what we paid for in America, now not only don't we get what we pay for but we can hardly afford to do that. Just what exactly is happening in this day and age. I just dont get it.If Anyone gets it please let me know asap.
